We welcome the publication of this document, in particular its emphasis in part 27, page 29 under Social Action which says:

We will support thge creation and expansion of mutuals, cooperatives, charities and social tnerprises and enable these groups to ahve much greater involvement in the running of public services.

We will give public sector workers a new right to form employee-owned cooperatives and bit to take over the services they deliver. This will empower millions of public sector workers to become their own boss and help them to deliver better services.
